Christie Loo Design provides exchange for all items < except sales item (accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items). 

RETURNS 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) /  10 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA)

Christie Loo Design provides exchange for all items < except sales item (accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items). 

  1. Return of sold item can only be made one time per order.
  2. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
  3. All return must include the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM. 
  4. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us. This normally takes 3-6 working days .
  5. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

a) color variation from product photos, e.g. fuschia vs red.
b)slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements,etc .
c) Slight size variation of within 3cm on measurements
d) Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
e) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
f) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, etc)
*Proof of defect must be verified by Christie Loo Design Return to be eligible*

Christie Loo Design will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective item is received.


* A processing fee of RM20 will be charged for each return item.
* You will need to bear the return shipping fees, add more products are eligible for free delivery.
* Discounted items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable.
* The return parcel is under customers' responsibility and Christie Loo Design is not liable for any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for return parcels.

EXCHANGE

Christie Loo Design provides exchange for all items < except sales item (accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items). 

  1. We accept returns that reach us within 5 days* from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g #12345)
  2. Please make sure your item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.
  3. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  4. Exchange of sold item can only be made one time per order.
  5. You will need to bear the return shipping fees, add more products are eligible for free delivery.
  6. Changing of designs will be charged RM20 for each item. If you change size or color it can be waived. 
  7. All return must include the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
You may exchange to another:
Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made
Exchange to high value item - A top up is required

      Can I return my purchase for store credit?

      You're welcome to exchange your purchase to something else. If the exact item is out of stock we will provide you a credit voucher in which you may utilize it to purchase other available items. The credit voucher is valid for 14 days only upon date issued.

      Notes:

      1. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
      2. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending your item back to us. [Check for stock availability, sizes, and color]
      3. The return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will contact you. This normally takes 2-3 working days.
      4. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria's will be strictly declined and forfeited.
      5. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
      6. CHRISTIE LOO DESIGN reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

      Refund (Only applicable if product exchange is unavailable/ out of stock/ discontinued)

      1. If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days you received an email Refund Notification from us. No cash refund for any Refunds.

      2. All refunds will be made with the payment mode determined by us within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

      3. All refunds will be charge 5% of the amount of the payment for the flat-rate processing fee.

      What if my item is defective?

      We're sorry about your defective purchase! :(

      Please email to customer@christieloo.com within 3 days from the date of purchase along with the picture that show the defect part and our customer representative will contact you as soon as possible.

      CHRISTIE LOO DESIGN SDN BHD Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Returns & Exchange.
